The Right Tires For Your Car: Sizing Does Matter

When it comes to choosing a tire for your car, it's important to select the proper size. A tire's first requirement is that it must be able to carry the weight of your vehicle. If it's undersized, the tire will wear out quickly. Oversized, and the tire will show uneven tread wear. Either way, the tire won't last and may even become a potential hazard.

No matter how good the tire, if it's the wrong size then it's the wrong one.

Your vehicle's owner's manual will have the information you need to select the proper tire size. This information can also be found on the driver's side door.

When purchasing tires, check the sidewall. It contains all the information you need to know.
